How do I use CogniWerk.ai?

What should I do if I upload a wrong image format?

If you upload an unsupported image format, an error message will prompt you to try again. We recommend checking the allowed formats in the instructions. If you accidentally upload the wrong format, consider double-checking the file type before retrying.

How can I improve the usability of the site on mobile devices?

The site is optimized for desktop, but if you experience issues on mobile, try switching to desktop mode in your browser. We’re working on improving mobile usability.

What if I find the UI difficult to use on my device?

Our UI is optimized for larger screens, but we are aware of challenges on tablets. We're continuously working on improvements. If you experience issues, try using a larger screen or a different device for a better experience.

 

Account and Credits

Can I get more credits?

Yes, additional credits can be provided. Once you ask for new credits we are pleased to hear some feedback and approve your new credits in no time. 

How do I get more credits as a student for my project?

Students working on projects can request additional credits by contacting our support team with details about their project and institution.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, please contact customer support. We are working on adding a self-service option for account deletion.

 

Image Generation and Quality

Why do some prompts generate the same image even after changes?

If you notice that changes to your prompt aren't reflected in the generated image, try adjusting the value of the AI-Human Collaboration or adding more specific details to your prompt. This can help the model understand the differences you want.

Also check the seed: if it is locked, the image will be the same. That can be good for just changing minor details, while maintaining the composition. But if you aim for diversity in your output, change the seed.

Why don’t "quality booster" tags appear in the negative prompt?

"Quality booster" tags are designed for positive prompts to enhance output. If you wish to manipulate quality further, try adjusting other aspects of your prompt or contacting support for advanced tips.
